2016 Tulbagh Sec A Supreme

Under ideal conditions and idyllic surroundings, the Tulbagh Gold Medal Show was a resounding success and enjoyed by all. Shown here is the In-Hand Supreme Champion Bioci Bob Dylan with handler Willem Thiemie, Judge Gwyn Jones and owner Wessel Swart

The Judge Mr Gwyn Jones of the Fronarth Stud, Frongoy in Wales judged the Breed classes and was one of the three judges for the harness classes. Here are a few of  his comments extracted from his judges report.

“I thoroughly enjoyed judging the breed classes, especially the outstanding stallions”.

“One thing that impressed me greatly was the driving by the children: it was nice seeing them driving with such skill getting the ponies going really well. They could show us a lot about driving in the UK and they were obviously getting much pleasure and fun out of the experience”.

“If this is the quality of your junior driving, the Society can look forward to a future filled with promise”.
